Any player who is either new to softball or who never got real throwing instruction. The foundations course stresses fundamentals in the step-by-step method.
Who should take the advanced course?
Players with a background in softball or baseball who throw well but have lost some zip on the ball over the years and want to learn advanced types of throws.
Can I Upgrade to the Advanced Course Later?
Yes! You'll get a $200 discount when upgrading to the advanced course later on. Start with foundations and upgrade when ready.
How do I access the course?
